We make everything here by hand in the USA, so if something is not right, the buck stops with us. We made it, we will make it right. That is the whole guarantee, and here is exactly how it works.

What is covered

If your product shows up damaged, arrives with a defect, or fails under normal use, we will replace it free. No fighting, no runaround. This covers things like:

  • It arrived cracked, broken, or damaged in shipping.
  • A part failed or broke during normal, intended use.
  • The graphic, finish, or print came out wrong.
  • It is just not right and that is on us.

We would rather send you a fresh one than have you stuck with something you are not happy with. Plenty of customers have taken us up on this, and most of them tell us it turned a bad day into the reason they buy from a real family shop instead of a faceless brand.

A fair window

You have 60 days from delivery for replacements on defects, breakage under normal use, or anything that arrived wrong. That is a generous window on purpose, because we want you to actually use the product and be sure it is right.

After 60 days, reach out anyway. We keep records of what we ship. If something fails early and it is clearly on the build, we will work with you. We are not looking for excuses to say no.

What is not covered

We want to be straight with you so the promise stays meaningful. This is tough, hand-made plastic, not a steel forging, so the guarantee does not cover:

  • Running it through an automatic brush car wash. Those spinning brushes can grab a hitch cover and knock it loose. Pull it off first. This is the one thing customers tell us can cause trouble.
  • Backing into a wall, a trailer, or a curb with it. Impacts are impacts.
  • Normal wear, intentional damage, or modifications you made yourself.

None of that is us trying to wriggle out. It is just honesty about what the product is and is not.

How to claim

Email us. That is the entire process.

Send a note to support@muchwaterdesign.com with your order number and a quick line about what happened. A photo helps if it is damage or a defect, but it is not required. We read every message ourselves and we will get a replacement moving, usually within a business day or two.

You bought from a real family that made your product by hand. If it is not right, tell us, and we will fix it.
